Im happy to announce a larger table is in the works!

Its been in planning for quite some time now and will be a great asset in improving the range of work that can be provided as well as producing a better end product.

Enhanced Cutting Capacity

One of the main benefits from this plasma cutting table is its significant cutting area,  at 2.6 meters by 1.8 meters cutting area. This space allows for the handling of larger work pieces, accommodating sheets upto 1800 wide meaning larger pieces and less scrap material. 

4th axis

It is designed that a 4th axis will be integrated over the side of the bed allowing for rhs and tube to be cut, opening up an entire new dimension to the possibility.

Precision for Quality Results

To ensure accurate and consistent cuts, we're running large closed-loop steppers on this table. along with a gear reduction, this is all being transmitted though a helical rack and pinion drive to provide the best accuracy and consistency possible, this all runs on large 25mm linear rails, it will have higher speeds and smoother travel then the previous machine, surface finish of all edges will be the absolute best possible before having to turn to laser.
